Jain’s ‘Makeba’ is all kinds of famous, 56 million views on Youtube, but for once it’s pretty well deserved, it’s absolutely great pop music, full of creativity and with a unreal video. Anyway, there’s something about the hook in the track that screams to be made a little tougher and more club friendly, thats where the Discothèque Fantastique come in, their version has just a little bit more meat on it’s bones and extends the vibe of the original nicely. It’s a little bit soft and guilty, but who cares, it feels good.
